I visited this post office today on August 6th 2025 to locate a lost package that I had dropped off almost a week ago on Friday August 1st 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond frustrating.
From the moment I walked in, the employee that was working at the front counter who told me his name was Rick had an unwelcoming attitude and was very rude and dismissive. I was very friendly at first and I am always understanding and kind to people who work in customer service. Wish I could say I received the same treatment from Rick.
He acted as if helping me was a burden and showed no real effort to assist. He told me at first that there was nothing that he could do to help me. He also referred to the app Depop that I explained to him I was trying to locate the item for, (which mind you is a very popular app that is known for both buying and selling clothes) as a “third party app”. Ok. Whatever that means Rick. Then after serving me with his viscous, defensive and unwarranted attitude, he asked me to step aside and wait while he assisted all the customers in line behind me before he could go look in the back for my package.
Frustrating right? But the story doesn’t end there. He spent almost 20 minutes doing god knows what back there before he returned stating that he couldn't find it and to contact Depop about the issue.
Thankfully, I asked to speak with a manager. I did not get her name but she was a short older women with grey hair. She was polite and helpful, and after going to the back herself, she found my package in less than three minutes. I really appreciate her assistance, but the way I was treated by Rick was unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to deal with that kind of attitude, especially when seeking help with lost mail. I will never be coming back here and I recommend you do the same.

Worthless. 2 days to get shipped and arrive from California but then it takes you 4 days in columbus to get to my columbus address. You all are horrible. Same thing everytime. Zero customer service. You should be held accountable

The absolute worst! How do you mis-ship several items, on several different occasions, to a whole other city then where they’re supposed to go just because the first letter is the same? Then hold onto packages for days at a time past their expected delivery date for a location that’s 20-30 minutes from you! I don’t understand what has happened to this place but it is absolute trash anymore.

Came to mail out a package and two employees didn't know how to use the system to mail out a package to an APO, a third employee had to come out to help assist. (3.July at 2:35pm)
Additional training is needed for associates to function their systems

Terrible service. I regularly buy from a company that ships through USPS and I usually get it in 1-2 days after placing. Almost over a week has passed and they are taking their sweet time with it at distribution. Shouldn't take this long for a package from Indiana to send to Ohio when I pay for the 1-2 day delivery fee. I want a refund.

Every package and even regular mail has been showing up a week late. I don't know who's managing this facility but they've got to go. I've specifically been using tracking because of this location.
As of now, three ebay sellers will have to refund my purchases. The packages I ordered have sat at that location for over a week past the delivery date. Is it the sellers fault, hell no it's not. This problem has especially ramped up since the main post master stepped down when DOGE starting investigating the usps. Is there dei hires here, don't know.
Stamps went up, shipping went up but service and delivery have almost stopped. This location needs to do better.

Till today , I have the best experience from USPS COMPARED TO ????. My posts never lost, my couriers always received, out going posts have never been lost . What more we need as a customer?
