Why is there only one person dealing with the Christmas rush at this store? I waited in line for 20 minutes and it barely moved. I left and went to Clintonville. In and out in 5 minutes

No one answers the phone and the doors are randomly locked during business hours. Had to bang on a window and immediately got answered that "someone must have forgot to unlock the front door" at 1:30 on a Wednesday
