One of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional.

The self-service package drop off bin is always locked or broken. The self-service kiosk randomly can't perform tasks and tells you to go to the desk, and recently it started updating while I was printing a label. Very frustrating that even the self-service option barely works.

Don't make a passport appointment here, they'll cancel without telling you until you arrive.
