I use this post office for my small business and they consistently don't scan packages in so there's no tracking, close early or open late and just a terrible operation.

It says it's open at a certain time, but yet no one is there.Then you have people sitting outside waiting for whoever post to come there to open so much complaint, So disappoinand if you look at the ratings.It's poor but yet this building is still what American post service future is gonna look like for now on.Well, we all know to answer that.Yes, it will be because it's never going to change.Why because it's a person who owned it.The manager or supervisor hardly they would not get out there lazy

Made an appointment for a passport photo had a confirmation number, their camera was down and they did not tell me to cancel the appointment. Major fail. Bad location.

Very bad. Worker was on her phone the whole time . I was there for a passport and just got an email from the state department saying she took the picture wrong. Find any other place to go please

Excellent service. Had a passport appointment and was exactly on time. There was an issue with my printed passport app, and I was asked to fill it out again and return to the counter, no problem. During that time about a dozen people were helped and the staff member was friendly and able to keep things moving. They did great.

Have had a post box there 15 years this is the worst post office in the country! They don’t put the mail out every day. And almost all days I have to ask for it after waiting in line.

Perhaps the worst USPS places I've ever seen. No wonder at the moment that I write this review, their rating is 2.2
You go there, you see 10 -15 people in line but there is only one person at the processing front desk. I went for a passport for my daughter after 20 minutes of my original appointment time she got the papers from me. At the end she lied and said that their passport photo printer doesn't work. I knew she is lying. Because, she had another passport appointment right after me with another 10 people in line. So, she made us to go to CVS to take passport photos and come back. She cut the corners on other people time and energy to cover their awful customer service. They worth no stars but there's no ZERO star to be given to them.

At 12:30 PM, standing in line there was 13 people now I believe it’s 20 people in line
Only one surfer this is my first time here the lady at the counter help a family getting their passport together why other people are still waiting they was very patient
I keep watching her expression for each customers does she have not lost her at all she is still being very nice and very calm
She let everybody know that she is very sorry that they had to wait in line for so long, but she also let them know if you have packages that would like to be sent out. You can play some on the counter self serve something like that.
Yes, I look and back. The line is all the way back close to the door. People are still patient.
The worker for the poster the young lady continue to take care of each person one by one not losing her cool at all. She’s very patient and very helpful to each person to their own needs.
The time now is 12:38. I am now the third person in line.
I see in the reviews most people gave it a bad reviews, but they have to understand that it is not her fault why she is the only person they are working or if the system have a different way of looking at things for this building just be thankful people that you do have a postal service here and try to think of the good things instead of negativities
