Don't come here for passports. At the door there was no passports and we set up a online appointment that made us confirm and said if we missed it there’d be consequences but there was a paper with sharpie on the door that said no passports because they had no passport agent there. Ridiculous wasting many peoples times could’ve called or emailed us that they didn’t do the services but no they said they couldn’t take off the online appointments.

Carrier from this branch for some reason can’t deliver a package to a perfectly functioning mailbox. Then when you go to the front desk to retrieve your package that they fail to deliver properly, they give you attitude and cut you off when you ask them to see if your package is in the back. If these people hate their job so much, maybe they should get a different job.

I won't even give it a star. The brunette woman who works there is extremely rude. She yells at you for no reason and never has an answer to your questions. I don't understand why she doesn't like working there, or even working. She should just stay home and not work with the public. She's arrogant, rude, and even seems crazy.

My parcel was lost on August 15, 2025. I ask you to look at the car it was in. I have been trying to find it for 5 days. He calls me back but does not say where it is. Can you ask the driver who brought it? Look at the car. Please, these are very important documents that were sent to me.

Look. I love the hood. I feel good here, I like the community, I like the real.
However, if you need to engage with the USPS in any way - get out of the hood and hit up a USPS in an affluent white community.
Gahanna, Clintonville, etc.
Just 'cause we live near this post office doesn't mean we have to suffer it's issues.

We have no mailbox outgoing mail therefore we don't leave our bills out someone will steal them no outgoing mailbox also you call the Post Office and it rings so many times knowing someone there it's very very upsetting

If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady in this post office is rude and arrogant. Yelling at me that I can’t drop off my packages without a scan sheet and that I need to go to the back and drop them off at the loading dock. It’s literally her job to scan packages….then proceeded to yell at me about “throwing” my packages on the counter. Every other post office in this city allows me to drop off all my packages. This lady needs fired.

Called 5 times over the course of 3 hours during operation hours on Monday with no answer. Have called 2 times today, Wednesday, and both times have had someone answer the phone then hang up without saying anything.

I don’t know her name it’s a black older lady with glasses and extremely long nails she is the rudest most impatient person I’ve seen. Thank god curt helped us because he’s very patient and Makes the best of any situation but I’ve seen how that lady treats people and speaks to them in such a disrespectful tone for absolutely no reason. she should definitely get taken care of by management.

The agent over the phone was great and amazing, she helped out A TON. The auto section of the call is complete trash I tried doing the survey and it did not register or understand the number I was pressing

The old ladie who work there is so rude and raciste, she doesn’t even try to understand, the supervisor called me about my inquiry, but her she was calling me layer when i told her that i received call from them thanks god i had a preuve , and when i went back yesterday she was telling her coworker i am not helping her with an anger face . Ps: its your job you have to trait people with respect this too much .
