I reported one of the phones on my account lost or stolen. Mack assisted my brother who took the phone with connecting it in his name without my permission.
After resolving the issue with Verizon's Corporate Fraud department, I stopped in the store to speak with management. I was told a manager would contact me but I have not heard back from them.
I called customer service and they have also asked management to contact me about this issue, and I still have not received a response.

Provide misleading information and promised that they would correct and never did (after 4 follow ups) If I leave Verizon after having the service since 07' it's going to be because of this experience

Beware of Victra - A Nightmare of Lies and Overcharging!
My experience with Victra has been nothing short of a nightmare. I signed up for a business account with them, enticed by their promises of a great deal. Little did I know, I was about to be ripped off and subjected to months of lies and frustration.
From the very beginning, my bills were astronomically high due to numerous errors made by their manager during the sign-up process. I called relentlessly to rectify these issues, only to be met with more lies and empty promises. They repeatedly assured me that refunds were on the way and that my bill would be adjusted. It’s been 8 months, and nothing has changed. My bill is still outrageously high, and the promised refunds are nowhere to be seen.
To make matters worse, I’m now locked into a 3-year contract with no way out. When I reached out to Verizon directly, I was told they couldn’t help me because I signed up through Victra, a third-party vendor. This means I’m stuck dealing with these scammers with no recourse.
My advice to anyone considering Victra is to stay far, far away. They are deceitful, incompetent, and utterly unreliable. Save yourself the headache and avoid these scammers at all costs!

I walked into Verizon to help sign into a different account and the gentleman that helped me was Lee he helped me get into a different id and wasn’t rude 5 stars for Lee

This is the first helpful Verizon store that I've ever been too. (in fact, this is the only helpful Verizon store that I've ever been to). The techs were friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get my device fixed. Thanks!
