I went in to inquire about a new plan and the woman that came up to me could not be bothered to answer questions or give me information. Just gave me a phone number to figure everything out for myself. I talked to customer service on the phone in the parking lot of the store. Competing stores were more than happy to help me with a business plan and helpful upgrades. If the woman was more helpful when I walked in I’m sure I would’ve walked out with a new phone and plan, instead I left ready to switch.

Individual was more focused on upselling than sharing that the trade in I provided did not count toward their promo. Took it and said thanks it will be applied to your account. Shame on me for not asking for a receipt. My father then asked if he could be helped to which the individual replied “one of my associates can help” - they were all busy and no one else was in line. Complete lack of customer service.

They don't do screen protectors?!?!?! They refer you to another business across the street in the mall. What?!?!?!

Everytime I go in that store I instantly regret it. This time, I was completely ignored for 20 minutes before another customer walked in and was greeted immediately. I spoke up and said I was here first, but was seemingly disregarded as the more privileged looking fellow was attended to first. Anything from poorly trained to flat out rude staff. Don't waste your time at this location.

One of the more irritating experiences I’ve had. The two employees at the door were dismissive, with a know-it-all attitude (actually incorrect about a question), and turned us away telling us to call Verizon by phone. Made me certainly not want to ever return to this store, and not particularly enthused by being a Verizon customer.

Great experience here. Wait time for me was several minutes on a Saturday afternoon before being helped by a Verizon Specialist. No issues. Left with the new phone and the data finished transferring from the old phone to the new phone by the time I arrived home. I did move the pictures off the old phone the day before to speed up the process. Spacious store with many phones on display. And the store even has restrooms.

I have been a continuous Verizon customer since 2003. This location ise to be a great location to shop and do business with but for the last couple of years it is really gone down hill I think their is very very little customer service and I believe it is fostered by the managers poor performance she has no clue s out customer service and needs training. She helped last time and it was a miserable experience and today it was one of her employees with her standing in for support and same experience. I cringe every time I need to go Verizon and this is my nearby location. I DO NOT RECOMEND this location

I upgraded my phone last week. I had a high bill with unexpected plan for first time when I upgraded, I was so mad and went back to change. His name is grahm. He is awesome and honest. He fixed everything and I satisfied 100%. Thanks Grahm. You are wonderful!!

Former Business employee Cedrick scammed me out of a business deal! As a business owner, I did get the plan I wanted for my business but Cedrick promised me many deals and straight up lied and got overcharged!!!!! What is going Verizon. Seems employees going rouge. I even saw him smile and heard him that another victim fallen for his trap!!

Super rude. Waited 45 mins. Then had 2 people who came in after me, being helped before me. Got a girl with a terrible attitude and seemed annoyed by my questions. Answered me as if I should already know everything (despite that being why I came in). I didn’t end up upgrading my phone today purely because of bad service. They have several people just standing around with 2 people actually servicing clients

Walked in to the store 10 minutes before close(I thought they closed at 9 not 8) desperate, as I had spent all afternoon at another Verizon store trying to get my phone switched over from AT&T only to Find out I needed to gather more info. Grahm was able to get my phone switched over in under 10 minutes and was extremely helpful and patient.

Avoid this place like the plague at all costs. Most likely the worst Verizon Corporate you will ever step foot in. If you’re not buying something, they don’t wanna be bothered with you. I’d give it negative stars if all possible! Honestly go to Best Buy down the road, or you can go to the Easton location, were everyone treats you with respect, no matter what your situation is

First of all shout out to my man Cedric who answered so many questions I had when I walked in looking to update my old phone, all the recommendations he had in switching to a newer phone, updating my current plan and just being so patient, gracious and helpful during my visit. I had zero wait time at 12pm on a Saturday and with a little bit more research I'll feel more confident when I decide what phone I want to go with.
