“My dog has several ongoing medical issues. So, we are at the vet monthly! I'm very grateful to Dr. Hereda and all the other doctors and staff at Upper Arlington Vet Hospital for their kindness and willingness to talk about his treatment and work with me on what is best for him. Between them and his physical therapy doc at MedVet, I feel like he is in the best hands!”

“I've been here twice, both for my dog's hip issues and a newly developed back problem. Both times, they have been quick to get me scheduled in.

Dr. Sears and his staff are lovely and kind people. They don't push unnecessary procedures or treatments and are very clear about what they will do for treatment and the next steps toward successful treatment, or if further evaluation is needed.

I really appreciate the honesty and care that the whole team provides.

Highly recommend the whole team here and look forward to working with them in the long term.”

“Impressed with all of the staff that we have encountered here; this is truly a well ran locally owned clinic. We have always received thorough explanations from Dr. Bando and feel like he really listens to our concerns and gives us his full attention. Never left waiting for our appointment time or feel rushed out of the office (which was the norm at our prior vet). All the staff members love their jobs and it shows. Prices are very reasonable as well. Glad to have found this place!”

“Wow, where do I start? My Weimaraners see Dr. Bowden and Dr. West, who are absolutely terrific! Not only are the veterinarians there wonderful, but the staff is as well. Switching to Health and Harmony was the best decision I could have made for my two girls. Recently, my youngest weim was spayed along with a gastropexy. The front office called every day for a week to check on her. If you're looking for an all-around top-notch vet, look no further than Health and Harmony. Tell them Marlee and Riley sent you❤️”

“Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment. The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral.
I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.
I am so glad I switched here. THANK YOU for your wonderful service from the vets, assistants, and to the front desk.??”

“Everyone that I have spoken with in the office has been so helpful, friendly, patient, and kind. They are all very professional and I am happy that I chose this veterinarian. I was able to get an appointment for my dog as a new patient within just a couple of days. There was no wait time and Dr. Weller got into the room very quickly. My senior dog Maggie received excellent care and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I love that I was given options for my pet’s care and was not pressured in any way to spend more money. Will return and highly recommend.”

“Thankful. Just absolutely thankful they let me wait so they can see my cat. Poor guy had the sniffles and being new to the area and this one popping up over the weekend they just had the heart to see us. And that mattered they were willing to try. Need more vets like these people. Reminded me of my aunt and how caring of a vet tech she was.”

“Dr. Schuster is an awesome vet!!! I highly recommend and trust her. Our rottie usually has a rough time at the vet. Between Dr. Schuster's super friendly energy, caring approach and lots of cheese whiz, our pup wasn't scared and didn't even notice the needles. I also appreciated how they didn't push for anything that wasn't necessary and the cost was affordable. Your furbabies will be in good hands here!”

“My 5yo lab tore both ACLs over the summer. We tried other treatment options with local vets and they failed. We were referred to Dr. Harrison by our vet, and so far has been nothing but great. He had his left leg surgery in October and his right leg fixed yesterday. Office staff is very kind, Dr. Harrison is very kind and seems to be a straight shooter. With the second surgery I’ve already had to reach out via text to Molly and she responded quickly and with solutions and reassurance.
My experience so far has been very positive, and based off my experience, I would recommend them to anyone.”

They take such great care of my cat and actually are very affordable when it comes to pricing things like, spays/neuters and just regular old check ups and shots. They explain everything in a way that doesn't make me feel nervous about my little fur baby. “It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. My daughters rescue cat needed "a tune up." I haven't had a pet in years, so I'm not really current on rates as I thought. I was a little shocked, but I'm VERY HAPPY that her cat is doing well and they are happy, which makes me happy. Thank you”

“Lifelong patron, still my only vet.
So accommodating for anything I’ve ever needed: from routine care, short-term kenneling, to adoption… and the unfortunate cremation services.”

“10 Star!!!! , I'll explain why ......In Michigan my dog developed skin cancer 6 months after being misdiagnosed with pancreatic cancer when she really only had food allergies and stomach ulcers. I started driving down to Columbus for her vet care And it was Dr. Gibbson who figured out what was really going on with my dog's blood sugar and found the skin cancer. In addition Dr. Gibson is a very progressive vet and is on top of new treatments. She sent the skin cancer tumor to a pharmacy who turned it into a vaccine and gave it back to my dog making her immune to that particular type of cancer. As you can imagine the whole year was an emotional rollercoaster trying to figure out what my dog needed and preparing for the possibility of her death multiple times. While trying to figure out how bad the skin cancer had spread and if putting her through all the tests and treatments would add quality to her life Dr. Gibson was very compassionate and answered my questions with patience and a lot of consideration and informed me of my options without judgement or pressure. Throughout this process there were a few questions she would tell me that she didn't currently know the answer and that she would make calls and get right back to me with more information which I valued so much. Dr. Gibson took the time to sort through the details and help me figure out what my dog truly needed for quality of life even down to her diet. My dog is 12 years old and is now cancer free and thriving with so much playful energy that people think she's only 3.”

“Dr. Tony and crew are great! They don't beat seeing the bush. They are too the point and about quality of life over quantity of life. We are extremely blessed that another furry child parent in our neighborhood recommended them. We now recommend them to everyone too!”

“I don’t know where to start. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Making the decision to put my sweet girl to sleep was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. To make that choice isn’t something I would wish on anyone.Putting her to rest was, at the end of the day, the best and most humane thing I could’ve done for my girl. Before my dog Lotus got sick, she was chunky, full of life and the sweetest little dog you would ever meet. She would sit by my side all day if she could, and she loved being outside enjoying the sun.

Towards the end, she developed what I can only describe as a complete immune system shut down. Her body stopped responding to medicine, she could no longer put on weight, her skin broke out and she had fluid in her brain. That’s just a few of the many things she had to go through. From the moment she drew her first breath she was fighting, as some of what she went through was congenital. I thought that if I kept trying to “fix” her , that she would get better. At some point her treatment because experimental, and there was no coming back for her. My sweet girl was suffering.

The moment I had to go into the office, I was greeted with open arms. I was alone, my husband had to work so going through this was enough already, but I’m also pregnant. I was having the worst week of my life. Regardless, The women who worked there made sure I had my time with her and made sure Lotus and I were cared for through every step. They didn’t rush me through the process, they had my best interest in mind and one nurse/receptionist even hugged me and made sure I didn’t feel alone,(and so did the veterinarian?)She was so extremely warm and helped me so much through the process. I believe her name was Lexi, I hope I got that right. She was the sweetest and I’ll never forget how comforted I felt by her and the rest of the ladies on staff that day. The Vet that performed the procedure was also so sweet as-well during this incredibly difficult time.

Again from the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Parsons Animal Clinic for how my took care of my sweet girl. Without a doubt I could not recommend them enough. I hope everyone there has a blessed holiday season. God bless you all ???”

“Dr Queller is the best vet. My frenchie hurt his spine last December. My baby was in so much pain he couldn’t even walk he was twitching and shaking. Dr. Queller had a radiograph taken of his spine. He took the time to explain where his nerve was pinched. We took the less invasive route and my little guy was put on gabapentin a steroid and a muscle relaxer. After a few weeks he started walking. He still takes the gabapentin twice a day for his nerve. I would not take my dog to any other vet. My little guy is my pride and joy. Dr. Queller is knowledgeable and sympathetic to the patients needs. He saved my dogs life.”
