“I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. “First Time Automotive is top-notch and the best hidden gem in our area. They work with Sillver Rock/Carvana warranties and this how I found them. I was having self-diagnosed transmission issues and schedule an appointment with them last year and they were wonderful to work with but unfortunately I was still under the manufacturers warranty and had to go to Ford. The local Ford location did a lengthy but acceptable repair however I started having off and on issues again about 1 week after my manufacturer warranty expired. Well my car couldn't do the issue for the test drive, my tech Dale identified an issue pretty quickly and temporarily fixed it while we waited tor the part. Once the park came in my repair was done within a day. I have had no issues since. I highly recommend this shop for transmission issues!! Thank you!”
