I recently had a problem with my car where the rubber on the bonnet came loose during the scrubbing. I think the scrubber needs to be fixed, which is the only thing I’d recommend. Otherwise, the staff working there are fantastic!”

“my family and i have been going to Outback for well over a decade now and when it comes to a touch-less car wash, this place is truly the best! today when i went, their wash bays were completely updated with all new laser wash equipment and electronics. they additionally no longer have the metal guide railings on the ground, which makes it soooo easy to drive right in! it was great to see the location continue to evolve and grow in technology over the years. the wash itself was super efficient with the speed of the new equipment and the pressure of the water was extremely powerful. as always, my car came out wonderfully clean!”
“I pay for the monthly unlimited and use it 2-3 times a week. My daughter used to be afraid of car washes until she got suckers from the staff. Now we have to go in every time we pass LOL.
Vacuums are always working and there is always enough of them.

“This is the car wash to top them all. I have low profile vehicle. Other car washes can't get the lower portion of my car clean. At Zappys they hose off your car prior to entering the wash. Great job, great price and nice employees.”
“Have been a pass holding customer for a couple years. Overall, a good design was. I've noticed some serious inconsistent service. They either spray the windshield, which really helps it come clean, or they simply just wave you in. I like when it's consistently clean. Very pleased with the new staff!”

“For a cheap and quick clean it does the job, of course the auto bays are brushless so they are never going to always do a 100% job but of course “you get what you pay for” and even then, as it’s open 24/7 not all the time will someone be there to fix a stuck quarter or clean a bay right after a mud caked truck comes through. It’s kept up well and if I’m bored coming home from work at 1am being able to stop by is always nice to be able to do some extra detailing and needed cleaning to my vehicle. I recommend this place unless you are looking for absolute perfection then, have fun finding one :)”
“Washers great The machine malfunctioned while I was in the middle of it but it seemed to get back started right away. If you're looking to get snow and sludge out from underneath it you need to get a higher rated car wash rather than the $7 deluxe.”

“First time. Enjoyed the experience. We had an hour to kill. Drove around looking for a playground and found this adult playground. My son enjoyed helping turbo rinse the car, thourgholy! 2 minutes passes very quickly.One issue was that the water never got hot. Maybe I missed a setting or something.”

“When you really want a deep clean instead of a drive through car wash. The soap is plenty to get rid of your basic dirt and grime, and you can use a debit or credit card so no more having to add change or guess how much you need for a full wash. The water pressure is adequate for rinsing and removing spots.”

“The self service wash bays work really well, everything works right which is not typical in self service washes. Price is good and you don't get overcharged like other washes. It's nice that they have a change machine, as well as free vacuums. Overall this place is above the norm.”

“LOVE this place and go every other, if not every, week. My ONLY gripe, which stops the 5 Stars, is that there’s no membership opportunity for the $10 wash. My truck is undercoated, as every one’s should be in NEO, and I can’t do the underbelly washing. Make a package for us smart Ohioans!”
