I needed body work done after someone hit my car in a parking lot (thankfully I was in the car when it happened). Scott at Concord Collision could not have been more helpful. He told me what I needed to know about the insurance and car rental. The work they did was exceptional, and faster than I thought was possible. You can't even tell that it was hit. They also cleaned the interior when they were done! This is a top-notch operation, and I would gladly recommend them.

Fantastic experience. My car was involved in a hit-n-run and my insurance company allowed me to determine where I would take my vehicle. From the movement I worked with them I was impressed. They were friendly and professional and the finished product was exceptional. I couldn't tell that it wasn't original and the car is about 1 year old with less than 5 thousand miles on it. Great place and great Staff

I hit some road debris on the freeway and had to file an insurance claim through Progressive. They sent me to Concord Collision, being the closest certified collision center to my home. I looked up their reviews and they are 5 star rated, so I felt good about having the work done there. The secretary or front end person did a great job. She was so knowledgeable about the entire process, timeline and even aided me with the rental car. The work they did was great. Working with Kalie both on the phone and in person really gave me confidence that I had taken my vehicle to the right place and I was at total peace throughout the entire experience. Greta job Concord Collision and great job Kalie. You guys have a great team. I will recommend you.

Very impressed with the work done at Concord Collision! Our Jeep needed a lot of work after a deer accident and they did an incredible job. It looks brand new! The body work is perfect and the communication throughout the process was excellent. They returned it detailed inside and out. Very impressed and will definitely return there for any future car needs!
