“Ive gone to Joughin Hardware 3 times since we moved to our new house a year and a half ago. Every time ive gone there, Ive been greeted by one of their workers at the counter. They ask me what I need/what my problems are and take me right to what I need. They are always super friendly, nice, save me time, and dont try to upsell me. I would highly recommend.”
“Ordered some safety glasses they came quickly. I also received an email from them letting me know how to directly get in contact if anything was wrong. It was a relatively small order and they still reached out to make sure everything was good. I was impressed and i hope if u read this you are too.”
“Stopped into this place with a list of oddball fasteners, including metric, shoulder bolts, stainless, and galvanized. They had everything on my wish list - and way cheaper than McMaster or Grainger. They have other things at the store too - angle grinder discs and sanding pads, zip ties, hole saws, sealants, solvents etc”
“We are from out of town, called to see if they would fill a propane tank that was on board. A nice lady named Ruby answered and said she can send an attendant out right away, I said that we were 15minutes out. When we arrived I called the store again, a gentleman picked up didn't get his name but he said there's an attendant heading our way to assist us outside.
The friendliness of the staff and the professionalism was amazing,super kind and helpful!! Will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again !

In speaking with him he was willing to do something to make things right. The time that he took to listen and do something needs to be known as well, not alot of companies to day do that, Restores my faith in the local guys,,,”
“This place is great! I am working on a very large infrastructure project in the area and a couple times now this place has saved me while in a pinch looking for a tool/material that wasn't in stock anywhere else. The variety of brands from Pittsburgh to Milwaukee to Morse really cannot be found making Dak Tool and Supply pretty unique. It appears to be family owned and operated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Typically with places like this the prices will be a bit higher than big box retailers due to volume but the few times I have been here the items I purchased were comparable and even cheaper than I would've paid. Overall solid place that has been clutch for me on multiple occasions.”

“I don't know much about bottled gas but wanted to get a 20lb tank of Co2 I could use for my soda stream. These guys are awesome and walked me through the different tank requirements, checked I had the correct adapter and gave me a great price. They even set me up with a larger tank so I wouldn't need to come back for so many frequent refills. ?

The crew we worked with were very professional from the beginning to the end of the project. Morgan and Jeff came out to meet with us and explain the process. They took measurements and Morgan created the design. She created a design within our budget, making sure we got everything we wanted. She worked closely with us throughout the process, answering all our questions and keeping us updated on the process. Mike installed all our cabinets and flooring. Since I work remotely a few days a week, I got to see him and get updates almost daily. He was very professional and friendly. Pete checked on us throughout the entire process, making sure we were happy! We could not be happier and highly recommend them.”

Remodeling? Need a new toilet, washer/dryer/combo, fridge? Find it all in one spot. Hell, you could build the entirety of your house within the place, as people on YouTube have done, don't do that. Go get land. Build there.
Staff don't seem to bother you, but if you look lost, they try to help you out as best as they can. Prices are decent.”
