“I ordered a TLR1 lens assembly replacement from the Brightguy Inc website, but selected the wrong part. When I received it and saw that it was incorrect, I replied to the order email asking for an RMA. They immediately responded and said to ship it back and they would ship me the correct one, which they did. No BS, no hassle, no go find the return link and fill out a form or fine print, just respond to the order email and voila. Could not have been easier. That and they were half the price of the corps.
