“Had never been to TSC before so hubby and I decided to go. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave the young lady name Audrey was TOP TIER. She spoke to us like she's known us for years☺
She is DEFINITELY the reason we will be back. TSC in Painseville you guys are so lucky to have her. I couldn't get out of the parking lot fast enough to call and speak with a manager to let them know the customer service experience Audrey exudes is what needed to be heard. In this day and age there's always complaints about customer service. You DEFINITELY will love Audrey and TSC.
THANK YOU AUDREY🥰”
“Their parts department is helpful, although it may be centered more on business than individuals.
The design side service is great. Always willing to work within your budget.”

“Important to know before you go, the store is open until 4:30 but they will not fill any tanks after 2pm. Other than that I’ve always had a good experience here”

“Ive gone to Joughin Hardware 3 times since we moved to our new house a year and a half ago. Every time ive gone there, Ive been greeted by one of their workers at the counter. They ask me what I need/what my problems are and take me right to what I need. They are always super friendly, nice, save me time, and dont try to upsell me. I would highly recommend.”
