The building manager is very friendly and helpful, maintenance team always fixes stuff within 24 hours, the apartments are nice and the location is perfect. When looking for a place to rent it’s easy to fall into a bad lease or a predatory landlord and I am so relieved to not deal with that. I’ve heard so many nightmares and experienced a few myself but never at highland square. Love it here.”
“I have now lived at Windsor Park Estates for 10 months and I love everything about it. My apartment is beautiful as well as the whole neighborhood. This past summer I was able to enjoy the pool which has the feel of a resort, games for the family including a ping pong table and over sized Connect Four game. The office staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to assist me whenever I have concerns. Maintenance is always prompt, efficient and courteous when they have to come to my apartment. It is a quiet and safe place to live, which is very important to me. I would recommend The Estates over and over again and I am grateful that I found them.”
