They even did several “unrelated” services (removed a rattling muffler heat shield, cleaned-up the plastic lenses on my headlights, and vacuumed out the interior of the car) without charging me. “Good enough service to return for a brake problem. Both times felt like car was in for days too long so left one star off. Holiday was excuse for 1st time but July 4th it's really only one day and it was delayed for more days then more days. I understand. I would have just given 5 stars no problem but better communication goes a long way. When it's your car waiting a week to hear if they looked at it is concerning. But did tow in on short notice and all the staff was helpful. Also car was fixed and quality job done right. Over 200,000 miles on old car ...they kept my car going and back on road. If I need car right away may try to take it somewhere else.”
