This was a good stop when looking for a specific style of clothing and footwear. They had a fantastic selection and quality items. You just need to remember what you are shopping for (specialty items) and the quality you're getting because you're going to see it reflected on the price tag. ?
However, we found what we were looking for, snake skin cowboy boots, and my husband loves them! They are very stylish. He has had many compliments on them, and I'm talking about from other guys.
He saw a second pair of boots in a different style that he wants to go back and get - hold your horses and put it on your Christmas list, buddy! ?
The staff was knowledgeable about the product and instructed on care and upkeep/conditioning of the boots.
So, overall, we were very happy with the product and went into the store knowing what kind of ? we were going to spend.

Dorsey at Boot Barn goes above and beyond in making sure your Cowboy Hats are steamed and shaped just as you want them. I was in dire need of having my hat shaped for a photo shoot and she made it happen. She even worked over to get this done in time for me! She's amazing Y'all! Thank you Dorsey!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. Went there a month ago with my husband to get him new work boots. They didn’t have his size so they said they could order them and have them shipped to our house. Three weeks later after ordering I get an email that they arrived at their store and I need to come pick them up. Already frustrated that I have to drive 40 min again to pick up the boots after being promised they’d be delivered to my house. I drive to pick them up and bring them home for my husband to tell me that’s not the boot he ordered AND it’s the wrong size. I call them to inform them and they tell me I have to drive all the way back to the store again to return them and reorder them. I ask if I can ship them back as I don’t want to drive 40 minutes for the third time for their mistake and she tells me I’d have to pay to ship them. This should be something they offer for free as this was their mistake. Terrible customer service. Will not purchase from them ever again. Go to the one in Canton.

So we went to the canton store a week or so ago looking for boots. They aren't very helpful in Canton, I was looking for a certain boot and the manager seems so troubled by helping a customer. I asked could they see if fairlawn had it and she said no we can't, It's not possible. I said can I just order it again to which she said they don't make it in your size you'll have to call Ariat and get it special ordered , of course more money to you though. Very rude and non helpful. So we left as said we would never shop at boot barn again but we gave it another try. We went to the fairlawn store and was help by Brynn she knew what I was looking for found it and got us checked out and out the door. She was sweet and helpful. This is the people you need to employee cause the manager in Canton should be customer facing at all. Give Brynn and the other ladies a shout out for taking care of a customer and meeting their needs.

This place is now worth a 45 min drive. Was here on 12/18 and came back 12/23 and the manager reminded what my issue was with the pants i got earlier this year that we talked about on 12/18. Came down brought the pants and was given credit for them and so i spent the credit and money of my pocket. Thank you for everything!

Good store for western wear. Great service. A ton of Cody James stuff, need a better assortment of western brands. Limited Wrangler, Ariat, Durango, Cinch, Dan Post, George Strait, Carhartt and other brands have a limited showing here.
