“Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem I had (a lot better service than some unmentionable stores, ie:Lowes-- (spent over an hour in store needing to get a 2x4, associates just walked by like I wasn't there, walked back to the front and stood right in front of a manager for at least 25-30 (of the hour i was there), was never acknowledged (he stood and talked with 2 other associates), finally just said "the hell with this place" and walked out..Menards-- (spent at least 10 hours over 4 days in store with very very little associate interaction and no help) and last but not least.Home Depot-- spent between 45 minutes to an hour in store needing to find out about saw blades, had them call over the intercom for help 3 different times, no one came, finally an associate came over to help another customer, stopped her when she got done and 3 minutes later I was checking out.”

They know where everything is in the store and most generally I have a question I always ask even when I get there looking for something I never purchased before. I will ask to the sales help ( off the top of your head do you have a general idea what it cost?) and they are usually right on the money with out looking it up. That’s crazy good to remember what it is, where it is, and the price. That’s just not right. They are super sales people. Even when it comes to ordering special items that they don’t stock the work doesn’t stop there with them. They will bend Over to try to get you the info and or the product you might need with out any delays either??? Just saying!!! Awesome people there. I been to all of the stores within a 25 mile radius in my area and I think so far that is the best one as in my preference. Just can’t say enough. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! #1”

“Had major issues with Lowe’s when we tried to order a fridge two weeks ago, and then the day of delivery it was marked on back order and they couldn’t give us a clear idea of when it might come in. Went to Home Depot, and Rich back in appliances was able to find the exact fridge we ordered and had plenty in stock. Was able to have it delivered any day we wanted, while Lowe’s originally told us they could only deliver on Tuesdays to our area. Rich was so helpful we decided to buy our oven from Home Depot as well. Was a great experience and very thankful for the last minute help. They’re even going to take the old appliances away for us”
