“I had to get my dog put to sleep. They were very kind, patient, understanding, and caring towards my mother and I while we were there with my pup. They let us stay with Beau up until the very end, and they let us talk about him to them. I received his remains back today, and they ensured he was respected and loved and cared for while that process was happening. They also sent me and my mom a condolence card, which made me feel understood and let me know people care while I am grieving. They are a wonderful team of people that are kind, loving, and respectful. I couldnt ask for anything better for my dog's final moments. Thank you.”

“We see Dr Aggarwal and absolutely love him! He has treated my dog and two cats, from wellness visits to illnesses. He and his staff are all kind, non judgemental, and really have your pets best intrests at heart! I never have to wait when I come in for an appointment, and I dont have to wait weeks to get in either. In fact, im usually the only one in the waiting room when I go, which is great if you have a fearful or reactive pet. They've gotten me in next day when my cat was sick. If your pet is sick they work with you to come up with a treatment plan in your budget. Fear of cost is a huge reason alot of people dont take their animals to the vet, so I included some pictures of invoices from both my dog and my cats wellness/vaccine appointments so others have a ballpark of what to expect. Keep in mind, like everywhere else, prices are going to vary based on size, breed ect. Please dont let fear of cost keep you from care! If you call them or text them, they will he very upfront about costs with you. I love that they have an online pharmacy too that just ships your pets meds right to your house, and their prices are better than chewy and amazon for medications. I trust all the staff at Howland Community to take great care of my dog and cats whole heartedly! They really just want to make sure your animals are healthy, but dont try to upsell you on things your pets dont need either. I wont be going anywhere else for my animals.”

“Josie and Holly gave such loving care to my cat sunshine. I was worried about how she’d react with her ears hurting and the cuddled her while they clean them and made us both feel comfortable! Maddie and others at front desk were also extremely helpful!”

“Extremely nice and cared about my older cats, when Squealer and Buddy passed they were very compassionate, a little more could be done for their communication skills tho. Because with my new kitten explaining the meds they gave her would cause diarrhea was never mentioned. Still love the place! They work with me because I am on a budget.”

Countryside has streamlined their medication delivery service, and I am able to reorder meds and have them shipped directly to me, which is particularly helpful because I live an hour away from their facility. I called today to make an appointment for my new puppy and was told they couldn't give me anything for 6 weeks. When I asked why so long the girl said," well we haven't seen this pet". I said I had just been in there in a september with my other dog and she said that makes no difference. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said they were all gone. All gone at 2:05 in the afternoon when they are open until 10:00 P Update: I called and spoke to Andrea, who I've known from taking my other dog to them and got an appointment within a week. Toby has had his Neuter here and loved the staff. The difference in the price for his surgery was over $300 less at Town and Country. So, we are going to Dr Drotar and she is great.”
