Worst pharmacy ever, every time my doctors call in a script there is over a week waiting for it to be filled. Was told by my health insurance that they code it wrong, so by the time you need it you're already out of the script and now you wait. Not anymore, done. Last time for me to use Walgreens, good luck

Would leave 0 stars if I could.
This place is horrible! The employees never know what they're doing or what is going on.
Every time i come here they tell me they don't have my prescription and I have to fight with them, than ALL OF A SUDDEN oops! Its filled and behind the counter !
I can't say a single good thing about this place.
Employees = under trained and under educated with no common sense.
Pharmacists just as bad if not worse.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else !

After waiting in a long pickup line the cashier looked at her screen and never acknowledged me, even though she faces the customer. First words- no not sorry for your wait- BIRTHDATE? NAME. Also never was notified that my meds were ready I am a transfer from rite aid and already set this up. Better training please because evidently not getting basic manners at home

Have been going here for years i am in recovery and the pharmacist will not fill my recovery medication because it has a refill on them. I talk to my dr monthly and for her to keep my recovery medication from me is redicilous. Will not be going here anymore for anyone in my family. She is terrible not her place to keep my medication from me. Messing with my recovery when people are dying everyday from drug overdose and i need my medication to stay sober. TERRIBLE PHARMACIST!!!!!

I know many people give the pharmacy such a bad wrap but in reality they're doing the best they can. Yes, they're understaffed and unfortunately their shipment can be behind for medications but the people themselves are often nice - ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE CONSIDERATE. I do have to give a lower rating though for the corporation as a whole.

The guy that works there at the photo section he got a very bad attuied not friendly at all if you don't like your job and you don't know how to be nice to your customers don't work with public and walgreen you guys gave to choose your employees

Sarah, the manager at the photo department is absolutely terrible. She is rude, talks over you when you try and ask a question/ explain a situation, and was absolutely no help. I have never had an issue with any walgreens, however I would NEVER recommend going here nor would I recommend ever sending your pictures to be printed there. Hard to believe someone with absolutely atrocious customer service could be a manager.

I wish I could give this place o zero star. I get my cat’s prescription filled here and twice now their pharmacist hasn’t showed up for work so I can’t get my cats insulin. That leaves me going out to elm road to wait 1.5 hours to get it filled there. Very unprofessional.
