“If you EVER need work done take it to Rick's Auto Sales And Repair in Coshocton! After hitting the deer on Valentine's Day I took my Ford Edge to them Friday, 2/23, to have them take pictures, send the quote to Allstate, and order parts. The parts only took about a week and a half to arrive and then I was able to drop her off last Friday, 3/8. One the way home from Zanesville, from getting the rental car, I got a call from Rick's saying that, after they took off the front bumper, they found more damage than just the cracked plastic as originally thought. The front airflow flaps were completely gone causing my front sensor to just hang loose and the deer had also cracked my A/C condenser. He ALREADY had the parts on order and they would be in on Monday, 3/11. Now mind you I dropped the car off around 1:00pm and I got the call around 2:30pm which means as soon as I dropped her off they had already started working on it! So parts came in Monday, I was told it had to be sent to a Ford dealership to have the front sensor recalibrated once they were able to remount it on the new air flow things, and I got the call THURSDAY, 3/14, at around 3pm that it was done! They seriously had my car 5 working days...THAT'S IT! And it woulda probably been done Monday had he not found the other 2 issues! Great place...great customer service...SOOOOOO glad Allstate had them as a place to use!!! Oh...and they completely detailed the inside of my car!!!”

“Specialty Jeeps completed a ground up restoration on my 1941 Willys MB. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. They provided a list of all parts used, what services were performed, did a thorough walk through on the day I picked the Jeep up on all the work they did, as well as recommendations for maintenance and care. The job did take a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait as the end product was stellar. All work and parts were offered at competitive prices and I am looking forward to future business.”
“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can.
