“I live out of state and did my deal over the phone and internet. Let me tell you this dealership experience was honest and flawless. Sophia was my salesperson and was very professional. I made a good deal with her and everything was exactly what we agreed to when the dealership over nighted the paper work. This is what buying a car should be like.”

“Robert was excellent and exceeded my expectations. A+ Been there many times, recent experience was not so good: Needed a ball joint replacement, but they want me to come in twice to get one replacement. Just can't make that work right now.”

“Really enjoyed dealing with Liz Richard while shopping for a new ride. No pressure, super funny! She made the whole process relaxed and easy. The whole team is very friendly. We had an electrical issue a couple weeks after buying our 2025 JGC Altitude X. Service worked us right in same day and quickly fixed the issue. Overall we're very satisfied.”

“My daughter hit a deer near Coshocton, which is far from home. Our car was towed to Brillhart’s. The insurance company decided it was totaled, but Brillhart’s (Tom) was incredibly helpful through the process of getting an estimate and communicating often about lots of details. He called me back on a Sunday (they are closed then) shortly after I left an initial voicemail and we talked for a while about the process. He and Jessica were also very helpful in arranging for me to get access to my car after they had closed for the day. I’m giving 5 stars for customer service, especially since I’m not in their area and wasn’t paying them anything directly (I think my insurance did though).”

“Nice people. Haven't had my vehicle in yet cuz it spun a bearing in the rear end but they told me they're ready to align my 66 Tempest whenever it's ready.”

“I recently had a small repair that needed done on my Dodge Charger. As usual the insurance company wanted to do it as cheap and not to a good standard as it should have been “Geico”. But Dave made sure everything was done right and back to like it was before the accident. The amount of professional and care he and his team put into their work is impressive. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.”

“They went above and beyond to help us out when my friend's motorcycle blew out a tire. They stayed late and trailered his bike to the Harley dealer in Dover. I think the driver got back home about 2 hours late. I can't say enough good things about these people (but I hope I never have to call them again)”

“Had to go in for a recall & told them I was having an issue with my headlights, so they said they could run a diagnostic test and they did. Was gonna cost me $89.99, or maybe it was $99.99 either way they didn't charge me cuz they didn't see anything wrong anywhere. I was really surprised and really appreciated he didn't charge me anyways or just made something up like I've had done to me before. I have to say this place was really the best auto dealership I've ever came across and will definitely be going back if need be and I will definitely be recommending this place to as many ppl I can. Thanks for the Great service guys?”

“My mother's car wouldn't start in the Walmart parking lot and two experienced auto center mechanics did troubleshooting and got her car to work again. They found the problem and fixed it. She was very happy to have her car fixed without having to have it towed.”
