“You can tell everything about people by how they treat people who don't really have a choice. My wife were traveling when our car broke down in the middle of no where. We had the car towed to auto medic. They listened and we're genuinely concerned for us. They diagnosed the car right away. It would be a few days to get the parts we needed. We got there so late that the rental car place would close before we could walk there. They drove us down just to make sure we could get a car to go home. Cost was less than what I was quoted at multiple garages in my city. Theres a 100 ways they could have taken advantage but they didn't. I only wish we weren't hours away so I could bring my vehicles there from now on. Car is running great, haven't had a single problem since.”

“I moved to wapakoneta from Findlay Ohio in 2021.This place I could tell immediately was experienced!! I work on cars as a non-certified mechanic more like a shade tree lol I can diagnose them and have been pretty accurate and I've learned a lot over the years & they didn't try to bamboozle me at all because I'm a woman like many many places have in the past.
They are conveniently close to where I live now. I started taking my car there for tire needs while I still lived in Findlay and I would come to visit my daughter & my grandsatans. Lol
They have done many things for me and others that I have sent there ever since 2021.
I get asked a lot where a good spot is to take their car. This is the only place I recommend.
I no longer shade tree work on cars I'm to old & my hands are too bad.
This is a place I always tell people to go when they ask.
I don't care where they live. These are the things I know for a fact .
They have done work for me & others that I care about. Up to and including, alignments, tire rotations,EXCELLENT prices, brakes/rotors,calipers more important honesty even if it's not going to make them money!
To me The most important thing is the experience, knowledge & HONESTY in the service as well as insane low prices!
These are what I look for in any review.
I hate when people leave a bad review because they have to wait longer than they were told As if experience and quality shouldn't be the most important thing! That's the silliest thing you can do get a life!
I know it's owned by a father & son & this review is LONG OVERDUE by me.

I have to get all the tires on my daughter's 2018 Toyota Camry and then my ex son-in-law who lives in Findlay asked me today If I knew a place so he'll be driving here to get it done. He needs tires on his Ford pickup truck.
I'm not going to refer ANYONE to a place that doesn't do a good job especially on my daughter's car, my ex-on-law, Future son-in-law & MOST importantly my three grandSatan's ? because I made them that way!
That entire crew & my youngest daughter are my ABSOLUTE world.
My youngest hasn't needed anything done in a long time but when she does that's exactly where I will be sending her as well.
I apologize for the late review but it just hit me looking up the number that I never put the review That you absolutely deserve!! I have known many car mechanics throughout my life by gaining knowledge and working on my own car, I can tell you these guys are the BEST. I've been there many times for my personal Toyota Camry and I'll be going back again to get my brakes done and my caliper changed because I know they're the best and I drive around my grandkids and I wouldn't want anyone else touching my car!”
“Came in for a wheel seal and the guys ended up finding three of my spindles were trashed. They got me fixed up after the axle doctors came to repair the spindles. Took some time but I prefer the job to be done correctly. Lee was very helpful and communicated well with me. I will go back to them if I need work done again.”

“If I could give this company 50 Stars I would! Some companies see an out-of-state plate and they also see big dollar signs. Some dummy got tired and dumped 3 gallons of DEF into the fuel tank where it does not go at all. I'm not mentioning who that was because it was just from exhaustion. 42 weeks out of the year I am on the road in that truck. So it was towed to this company and I have read online of $5000to $20,000 to repair a fuel system. My livelihood and all of my employees count on that truck running to put food on the table and roofs over the heads of all concerned. This company went above and beyond when I quietly told the service manager how much inventory was in that trailer. They parked the truck for the snow blade protect the back ramp and another truck so no one could get in to the side door. The batteries on the trailer were dead from me trying to get the truck to run. I truly thought that it was bad fuel. So at the truck stop we put a new fuel filter on it and what was coming out of the fuel filter crystallized. I knew what I had done. This company fixed my truck for $1,280 instead of the big dollar signs that I was being told by others that it would cost. So that's I would give you 50 stars! I knew this was a good place when the phone was answered by the receptionist saying. Have a blessed day! From one Christian to another if you were truly a Blessing to me and my company. “On Wednesday, April 1 my wife and I, along with my daughter and two (2) granddaughters, set out on a trip to Kentucky to see Noah's Ark. We left Flushing, MI at 8:00a. We stopped for a 5m break about 2 miles from the Ohio border. When I started the car, a 2020 Traverse, the alert for servicing the charging system displayed. I checked the battery voltage which was not great but ok at 11.6v. We continued to monitor the voltage. It was raining extremely hard and visibility was low.
We decided we better find a service center after the heated seats ceased to operate. My daughter found the Goodyear Center in Lima. However, by the time we exited and tried to get to the location the car stopped about 2 blocks short.
I called the service center and spoke with Steve. I told him I had 2 small children and my wife and daughter. He offered to come get us. It was still raining so the rest of the family walked down to the 318 restaurant/bar while I waited for the tow truck. Which Steve coordinated. Once we got the needed service going Steve had one of the crew drive me to my family.
The alternator was shot so six (6) hours, and the Mario movie, later we were back on the road. I cannot say enough about the service we received from Steve and the service center crew. He is a true caring human being and knew we needed to get back on the road as soon as he could get us there.
I wholeheartedly recommend Steve and this Goodyear Center. They deserve to be recognized by Corporate Representatives.”
“Best place in Lima to go for service on your vehicle. My father owns this business. I grew up around his work. My father's years of experience are priceless. I have been living 13 hours away for over half of my life, and I always fear getting my car worked on where I live. I am always worried I will get taken advantage of and "ripped off" or oversold on services I do not need, or may never even had a problem with. Growing up with my father has taught me what to look out for as he looks out for each and every one of his customers. I REALLY wish I lived closer to my Dad, as I miss him very much as well!”
