“My car was making a suspicious noise when I made turns, and I called to make an appt fully expecting to wait a couple weeks to get in. Surprisingly, they were able to get me in the following week, diagnose the noise and repair everything within 3 days. Turned out to be a wheel bearing, and I paid about what I thought I would have to for such a repair. Everyone was very kind and respectful, and I really like how they texted me the report of the findings, pictures, and the estimate. We will definitely be using them again!”

“I was having radiator issues with my coolant being empty in my reserve tank. They got me in fast and did a drain and flush, something I thought and paid for at White Toyota 9months prior. I called Toyota and they said bring back, but will have to pay, I decided on Elida Tire, glad I did. The price was reasonable and great service. Chris told ne any issues to bring back and they will investigate for free. Highly recommend.”

“I bought a BMW 328i in fall of 2020, and the time had come for the water pump to be replaced, so I thought. Unfortunately, I had the worst time finding anyone who could work on my vehicle in this area. I asked around my buddies at school (UNOH) and from word of mouth, I turned to this business. It had a reputation of quality work by good people for a very fair price. My gamble was rewarded with top-quality care and being diagnosed and ready to go home on the stated date. I was highly impressed by the friendly and professional way that I was treated each time I was in contact with all involved there, and took his own time to ride with me to ease my nerves after it was completed. Called on a Friday and spoke to the owner Jeff and had an appt for the following Tuesday. He sent me a quote before doing anything and I approved and my car was done same day. Just don’t let the outside appearance scare you off! Haha!

“Best place in Lima to go for service on your vehicle. My father owns this business. I grew up around his work. My father's years of experience are priceless. I have been living 13 hours away for over half of my life, and I always fear getting my car worked on where I live. I am always worried I will get taken advantage of and "ripped off" or oversold on services I do not need, or may never even had a problem with. Growing up with my father has taught me what to look out for as he looks out for each and every one of his customers. I REALLY wish I lived closer to my Dad, as I miss him very much as well!”

“If I could give this company 50 Stars I would! Some companies see an out-of-state plate and they also see big dollar signs. Some dummy got tired and dumped 3 gallons of DEF into the fuel tank where it does not go at all. I'm not mentioning who that was because it was just from exhaustion. 42 weeks out of the year I am on the road in that truck. So it was towed to this company and I have read online of $5000to $20,000 to repair a fuel system. My livelihood and all of my employees count on that truck running to put food on the table and roofs over the heads of all concerned. This company went above and beyond when I quietly told the service manager how much inventory was in that trailer. They parked the truck for the snow blade protect the back ramp and another truck so no one could get in to the side door. The batteries on the trailer were dead from me trying to get the truck to run. I truly thought that it was bad fuel. So at the truck stop we put a new fuel filter on it and what was coming out of the fuel filter crystallized. I knew what I had done. This company fixed my truck for $1,280 instead of the big dollar signs that I was being told by others that it would cost. So that's I would give you 50 stars! I knew this was a good place when the phone was answered by the receptionist saying. Have a blessed day! From one Christian to another if you were truly a Blessing to me and my company. “I am so glad they built this Hyundai service center. I came in today for an oil change. The very nice lady said it would be about an hour. Super I said, we want to walk around your lot anyway.
