“We had an issue with a damaged steering rim and stopped by Southern Tire Mart for help. Their team provided fast and efficient service, quickly replacing the rim and getting us back on the road.
Unlike other shops—such as Loves—that refused to inspect or install our good-condition spare tire, Southern Tire Mart checked it carefully and agreed to use it without any problem.

“I have always been pleased with the quality of my photo projects from Walgreens. I have done magnets, canvases, cards, prints, collage posters and I just love the wooden panels.
When I plan ahead I can even make my projects, store them in my cart and when a coupon comes out order them.
They allow me to go through my order and any item I am not pleased with the quality on they deduct from my total. We did a medium size canvas for my father‘s funeral portrait (to put on an easel at his coffin) and the color was horrendous when enlarged. They immediately tweaked and re-printed it on the spot.”

“J J’s Mini Mart is one of the best local stores around! The place is always neat and clean, including their washrooms, which is rare to find these days. It’s in a great location and open 24 hours, making it super convenient any time of day. They literally have everything you need — milk, snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials.
The staff is polite and helpful, and the store always feels safe and well-maintained. Definitely my go-to stop for quick shopping!”
“(BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FOREVER)So I went in here last night, normally I go to the other one down the street, it's closer to where I live, but I was picking up food down the street at Pub 51, so I stopped to get a Leap device and pods to go w it, unfortunately they don't sell either one as they're a smaller store, BUT the great thing is I met a nice gentleman there by the name of Shawn(I hope I'm spelling this correctly), and he came out of the door as I was on my phone looking for coupons I could possibly use. He warned me that I had about 30 seconds to get in the store, as they were about to close. Usually store clerks can't WAIT to close the door to get off work and wouldn't think TWICE about locking that door, so I REALLY APPRECIATED the heads up. Then I got into the store and he was SOOO friendly, kind, talkative, and FUNNY! He complemented me and had such a nice friendly smile, and no, he wasn't hitting on me, as I'm much older and fat lol, so I know he was just being very KIND! He was very helpful at suggestions and what to purchase and he even upselled me, which is GREAT for the company, and helpful.to me! I asked him how I could get in touch with his supervisor or manager so I could hopefully be able to put this in his employee file so he could get Kudos, and so I called back the next day, which is today, and that's when I got ahold of Donny, unfortunately he wasn't the manager/supervisor I needed to talk to, however he was REALLY nice too, and he said that Shawn does get a lot of good reviews, it's not the first he's heard this. So I just wanted to also thank Donny for being so pleasant to talk to, this store is much more friendlier than the one down the street, I just wish they sold everything I needed to to shop there because I'd come there instead, but it definitely won't deter me from coming to this store, now that I've experienced such nice and friendly people, this day and age, IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE, thank you Shawn and Donny, and thank you Speedway for employing such GREAT people!”

“I was shorted two trays. What I got was good but was really disappointed that I was shorted Two tray I didn't have time to go back and complain about it. It was my graduation party for my granddaughter graduation party and then could not find my receipt.the lady that took my order should not be dealing with the public at all and she was also the one that gave me the order. I well never deal with that lady again. She was horrible. I have never had a problem with Kroger before but I will really think twice about doing a large order a again and it will never be with that lady again .”

“I’ve been going to this speedway since I was 12 (I’m 24 now) and the workers have always been kind and patient with me ever since then. I will say it is better going during the day if you want better in and out service since there is typically only one working during the night but this is one of the best gas stations I’ve been at in NW Ohio.”
“This is the best gas station bathroom I have been in. The big store is fabulous as well. But this place is clean. Gas was cheaper than surrounding. There was a necessities dispenser which is very overlooked nowadays.”

“First time at this location and normally I don't post, but the food was great. As a Truck Driver what i loved, was they have free showers. Just need your own towel. If you don't have one, they sell them at the store. All in all, it's a great stop for us Truck Drivers.”
