Terrible experience. 3 workers actively working on customers, one customer finishes up and leaves, the employee working with them goes and sits in the back. Another employee finishes up and goes to help another customer. The other employee is just chatting away with a customer, without a single care in the world. Transaction was finished and they’re still just chatting. Waited 40 minutes for a simple return of a phone because the label they gave me had an incorrect barcode. Decided to say screw it after watching everybody not have a single rush of urgency to help other customers. Do yourself a favor and GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

I at first rated 5 stars until I realized the rep Katie that I dealt with inside of store in cuyahoga falls ohio changed my unlimited plan without my knowledge and then when I tried contacting her back with a couple discrepancies from what I was billed at what she told me my bill would look like. Katie avoided and ignored my calls. This has me thinking about returning the watches and dealing with another company.

Brady and Traci were great. Brady was super patient while helping us figure out a plan/internet/ phone that would suit our needs. He also made sure to help us set up our phones. The manager Traci was diligent and delightful whilst helping us to get the best deal possible.

I also would give 0 stars if possible. As a customer that is apart of the Next program through these guys I went to turn my phone in for a trade and mind you I have a perfectly functional phone, zero cracks, all in all perfect condition and the guy working tells me my phone is damaged and they won't take it. We will be switching to Verizon.

I walked in at approximately 6:25pm, I asked for help with a phone that seems to have an activation lock. The lady's joy was then visibly gone, she said "have you tried googling it" like I'm a 60+ man, I'm in my 20's.She then pulled up the website on her iPad and tried to type the number in one time. It gave an error code immediately she said in a rush "yeah this happens in store you'll have to do it online." It was a regular browser safari to be exact. I know it was a regular browser as I watched her go to Google and type it in.She then look at another worker as in (please help) he walked over with in ear shot and said "oh yeah, uh that's a problem in store I promise it'll work at home you just have to go home look it up and it'll work" spoiler, it didn't work. I called the 1800 number and I actually got great help from someone who was wanting to help customers.

My boss had spoken with a manager in person and described her to a T from the day before and sent me up to return a few phones. When arrived he told me who to approach but employee that looked just like the lady he described said her manager wasn’t there. Now, I will admit that there are people who look similar so maybe it is just one of those situations. Infact that is almost irrelevant. She was swamped, they all were. Luckily everyone was kind.The crazy thing is I was there to just drop off 3 phones we were returning to the store. Now, in fairness, the employees were ALL kind, courteous, respectful and as helpful as they could be for the brief time you get to speak with them between customers. But simply to return something we were told they would need to look up the account to process the returns. The employees did warn me there were several people ahead of me and to come back around 5ish if I wanted to hopefully skip a lot of that wait. I appreciated the honesty but I couldn’t come back, I drove 25 minutes to get to that location, had to pick up my daughter after. So I waited as long as I could, only for the boss to have to call me and say never mind just come back we will just have them send us a box for returns. Wasted gas. It is what it is though.Whatever you do, do not go into the store for a return if you don’t absolutely have to. Or maybe call ahead and see how busy they are?? This review is more reflective of ATT’s process for returning a product, and the experience I had doing so.The employees here were all 10/10, if the rating was for them only, it would be ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The store was clean and the products were functional and nice

Do not go there they are highly unprofessional .I went in to change my pass code so I wanted to speak to mgr the rep jus goes and starts yelling balance out and act info from the other side of the room I totally feel I must've been too melonated they didn't say it but the treatment

Worse experience ever! I went in to start service and they ask you what plan do you want and what phone you are looking for but totally disregard everything you say to make that money off of commission so now I am stuck with a $200 bill every month!!!

Poor customer service. Evwrytime I go to the store I get the run around. Now I'm being asked to come back another day when there is a manager there because the associates have limited abilities to help. SonI guess I have to have unlimited time to continue to come back to the store for support.
