I had a very pleasant experience at the Cuyahoga Falls AT&T store. Liz was so nice! She was very helpful, patient, kind, caring and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to , and was able to help me work through the issues with my phone very well. I highly recommend this location. A++++++
