“So stopped out today at Sergeant Clean Car Wash and Cuyahoga Falls I met Andy at the gate it's very helpful needed a renew my air freshener absolutely love this place they've got all the chemicals that you need to get your car nice and clean they even got a bug wash station where you can free wash the front of your car to get all the bugs off it is amazing the quality of care been a lot of places best place I've been to customer for life”

“During the winter months, there is so much salt and dirt on my SUV. I like to get it washed 2 to 3 times a week. I find it easy to get the basic monthly wash plan for $20+ a month. With car washes being $7 to $12 a wash, depending where you go, I save a ton of money with the monthly plan. This is a great car wash because it's easy, quick, I can always get in and out fast. My car always comes out clean!”
“Great customer experience, I love getting my car washed here the team does a great job they vacuum your entire car and wash your mats too. The owner is a really nice guy. They did raise their prices recently though so I don't go as frequently anymore.”

“I haven't been here in a long time but will definitely return. I had so much tree sap on my car that it wasn't funny. The guy took extra time to spray it off. Probably longer than he may have been required to but my car was really bad.The other guy was very friendly and accommodating and I ended up buying a monthly pass simply because they had such good customer service. My car came out and every bit of the tree sap came off. I am 200 percent satisfied.I have been going to soak city because it's closer to my house and last year, I had to go through 4 times before the sap would come off and they made me do my own pre bug soak or whatever it was. This place is worth every penny! Highly recommend.”
