“The convenience and accessibility made this a great location for loading, unloading, and storage of samples. 24/7 availability allowed me to change my vehicle from personal to business use in minutes at any time. The carts they provided made getting things moved in and out easy. Best of all, the location is safe and secure. Thanks U-Haul Storage!”

“I would like to express my gratitude to Tamarie for her excellent assistance with a product. In my experience, I have often found mature female staff members to be the most helpful. On this occasion, I was also assisted by two young men who, unfortunately, lacked both product knowledge and professional customer service skills. Furthermore, although your inventory system indicated that 16 items were in stock, none were actually available. Tamarie proactively located the items I needed at your Brimfield branch and confirmed their availability. It is important for young staff to understand that admitting when they do not know something is far more professional than pretending to have the answer. I highly recommend her service.ly recommend shopping at your store and if and when you require assistance, seek a woman's help. This is not the first time the young men you hire disappoint.”
