Some companies won't deal with startups and only want your business if you can place a large order.”

“I've been doing business with our local Staples for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the store and staff, all top notch. My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly.
But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver!

“Logan was so helpful!! I had a large order to ship out and Logan made the process so easy. I came in right before closing and did not feel rushed at all. What a pleasant person and hard worker, they went above and beyond for me.
I didn’t catch the managers name on shift but she was also a lovely person and helped another customer right at closing. Highly recommend!”
