I truly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible our wedding day was, and it’s all thanks to our phenomenal venue La Place Events and our amazing coordinator, Orly.
From start to finish, Orly went above and beyond. He was incredibly interactive with our guests, making everyone feel welcome and cared for. He checked in on me constantly throughout the day, making sure I was comfortable, calm, and enjoying every moment. His presence was reassuring and his attention to detail was unmatched, he made everything run flawlessly.
The venue itself was stunning, and the entire team was exceptional. The bar staff were friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly all night. And the food? Absolutely delicious our guests are still raving about it!

“Diamond Match is the perfect place for any party or celebration. The building is beautiful and historic, there’s plenty of parking, and they have everything you could ever need for your party. We used the venue for a 16th birthday party and it was perfect. Jan was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to help make our party the best it could be.”

“We hosted our Sober Curious Silent Disco at Elite Banquet and I could not have asked for a better experience. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made everything seamless from start to finish. The space was already prepared and ready for us as soon as we arrived, and she even displayed our flyers on the TV screens which added a special touch to the atmosphere.
The venue was clean, welcoming, and truly supported the vision of our event. My guests had an amazing time and loved the space just as much as I did. I am grateful for the professionalism and hospitality, and I look forward to working with Elite Banquet again.”

“Wonderful place to have showers( I had 3 here so far). 5star. The only negative is the lack of lighting by the sign, name of the signage not updated and lack of lighting in the parking lots. It was pitch black and very hard to navigate especially with winter ice.”

The drinks and food was amazing, the staff was friendly and took care of our guests, and the decorations were better than we could have imagined. Anything I wanted, they executed. I had nothing but compliments and smiles all night long and we are so grateful! Her pricing was the best value overall, it was the most inexpensive but full of quality wedding we could have found on our budget. We will use her venue again in the future!”
“My family and I recently had a wonderful time at Canal Park, home of the Akron Ducks stadium. The atmosphere at the stadium was inviting and family-friendly, making it a perfect outing for all ages. We were pleasantly surprised to find out about the recycling/infocycle activities available at the stadium, which provided a fun and educational experience for everyone.
The environment at Canal Park was wholesome and welcoming, with friendly staff and fellow attendees creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The small-scale professional baseball team event was a refreshing change from larger, more crowded stadiums, allowing for a more intimate and enjoyable experience.
Engaging in the recycling/infocycle activities was a highlight of our visit. It was great to see the stadium promoting sustainability and educating visitors on the importance of recycling. My family had a blast participating in these activities and learning more about how we can help protect the environment.
Overall, our time at Canal Park was fantastic. The combination of a fun, small-scale professional baseball event and engaging recycling/infocycle activities made for a memorable and enjoyable outing. “Stayed here for 4 nights while cycling the Towpath Trail and visiting Cuyohoga National Park. I enjoyed their breakfast selection the most, especialy the danish and pound cake and the potatoes with peppers dish they had on the last morning I was there. I also lucked out on being assigned a room at the far end of the building, which meant no hearing noises from people walking in the hallways. I probably got the best sleep here out of any hotel I've stayed at!
For the most part the rooms were clean, but there were some dishes in the dishwasher when I got there thatwere cleaned (still hot) but not put away, and one of the plates has stuck on spaghetti sauce that the dishwasher did not remove. Also the bathtub had an unusually high step over. From my experience it looks like it was either retrofitted in to cover an older tub or to correct plumbing that didn't line up. If it weren't for that I would have given this place 5 stars. I would book again on my next visit here.”
“A typical bowling alley from the 70s. The balls are in terrible condition. The food is just ordinary fast food. Sometimes it seems like something should be updated at least once every 10 years – not just the bowling equipment, but the menu, the service, or something else.”
“Seems like a small area for a lot of people to use to ski ... but then again, if you get hurt, someone will find you quickly. I had the opportunity to tow-rope up then ski down the foothills of the alps in europe where, if you get hurt, no one will find you until summer arrives.”

“After communicating with over fifty venues for our wedding, I cannot express the relief and excitement we felt when we found Bath Hollow Farm. From our very first conversation, Melissa and Brett were incredibly down-to-earth and kind.
One of the biggest highlights was being able to have the venue from Friday through Sunday afternoon. They were also willing to work with us and allowed us to start setting up two hours earlier than usual on Friday, which was such a gift. That flexibility made all the difference—we had the time to set up and rehearse, enjoy our wedding day on Saturday without any stress of teardown, and then wrap up on Sunday without feeling rushed at all.
We also booked the on-site Airbnb, which was unbelievably convenient. The groom and groomsmen stayed there Friday night and hung out at the fire pit, and then they were able to do the day-of set ups and welcome the vendors on Saturday. Throughout the wedding day and night, having the Airbnb right there was perfect for touch-ups, storing personal items, and giving anyone a quiet moment away from the celebration if needed.
The location of Bath Hollow Farm is also perfect. It is situated only about 13 minutes from downtown Cuyahoga Falls and near CVNP hiking trails. And truly, the venue is very fairly priced for the experience, space, and flexibility you receive.
We absolutely loved our time at Bath Hollow Farm and are so grateful we chose it for our wedding. It was genuinely everything we hoped for!”
