They have a decent selection of all things hardware store related. Great for hose fittings, stihl parts and much more. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I placed an online order for a garbage disposal, needed the item and was guaranteed curbside pickup the same day until I placed my order, then got an email that item is unavailable and will come in on next truck, I wait 4 days with a leaky kitchen sink for item to arrive and the day before it's supposed to come in they cancel my order with no explanation, mind you they've already taken my money, I could've gone to Lowe's and had my part installed a week ago. Ace needs to die since they can't adapt to the times and keep up with the real companies!

Ace hardware had everything I needed from lug bolts to paint to electrical items in devices the prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent thank you Rocky Ace hardware I love you

I took my broken window there and they told me they don’t repair windows anymore but they do cut glass, this really surprised me because hardware stores always repaired windows, so I had them measure and cut the glass and when I got home the glass was to big for the frame so I returned it back to the store with my window frame and told them the glass was to big for the frame but the guy told me it wasn’t that I would have to take the frame apart, I said I don’t have the tools for that so I went to another hardware store that still repair windows, the guy there looked at the glass and the frame and told me the glass was to big to fit my window frame the same thing I told the guy at Ace, so I ended up having to have another piece of glass cut and doing that I wasted $ 23.99 over the guy at Ace not measuring it right. But the good thing about all of this is I got my window repaired and found a new hardware store to get my business now…since ……..since my last post I heard from the Assistant Manager Lisa, she was very nice and concerned about all of this, she refunded my cost of the window and She was very Professional. I changed the star to 4, and I appreciate her contacting me and working this out. Thank you
