I love all the Ricky's Ace hardware stores. They usually have what I need. Plus, I'd rather support them over the big box stores.

Bought 40ft of 18/2 wire. Their markup is 700% compared to any store in ohio.Same wire at HD is $9 and they charged $72. Convenience and distance is def not worth the money! I would not go there for a screw anymore!

There was a really nice older gentleman with his hair in a bun that helped me get everything I needed. He walked me through every step, and was even looking at savings and sales for me. This is exactly what customer service should be! I will definitely be returning to hear the next time I need anything DIY :)
