Had a great experience at Big Sandy buying a recliner. Our salesperson, Richard was very friendly and helpful. Purchase process was quick. Went to several other stores and came back to Big Sandy. Price was great and love their price guarantee (will refund difference if it goes on sale soon).

The assistant manager, Ashley, was fantastic to work with! She was so patient and kind and worked with me to get me the best possible pricing on my new dining table. 10/10 would recommend.
