“My wife and I worked with Brandon at Sleep Outfitters near the Dayton Mall. We visited a couple of other mattress stores but we ended up coming back to Sleep Outfitters. Every time we came back Brandon was there being very courteous and patient with us. He gave his opinion on his personal favorite but didn’t push us to buy it. Brandon told the advantages of each brand and explained the price for the Labor Day sales. During the first visit he gave out his business card in case we had any questions. I texted him that my wife and I were coming in for our third visit at 7:00pm. Even though he wasn’t working that day, he still went out of his way to come in just for us, to sell us two mattresses, two adjustable frames, and sheets & pillows at a very good price. I totally recommend taking time and see Brandon if you want a good price on a mattress with excellent customer service. He treated us with respect without being pushy and gave us room to do our thing. Thank you Brandon!”

“We purchased our last mattress at Mattress Innovations and decided to return there to replace it. Murphy greeted us, spent time with us explaining the various options on the floor, and gave us time and space to try out the various options. We narrowed our choices down and decided to leave and come back. Murphy did not pressure or ask us to commit. We came back and chose our new mattress. It was delivered on time and the two delivery persons were courteous and efficient and took our old mattress and springs away. All in all, a satisfying experience.”

“I have been waking up stiff for months now and knew it was time for the inevitable… a new mattress. I stopped at many places until my co worker told me to visit Sleep Number. I went in blind with no knowledge, and met Lance. Lance was very attentive and informative of the different mattresses. I am super excited to receive my mattress. Thank you Lance and team for the painless and easy process!”

“Brit was very friendly & helpful! I had looked online at the reclining couches available & Brit helped me find the model/style I was interested in purchasing. He made a couple of suggestions, told me about the multiple finance options & was never pushy. I had made a purchase at another business in July 2026 & waited 3 months for delivery. The item I had purchased had been discontinued & my order remined pending until I contacted them. I was never notified about any of this & this really made me feel that once they had my $ they didn't care about customer service! I am very excited for my new couch to arrive this week! I really feel this product is both a better quality and a better value than what I had picked in July. Delivery, removal & extended warranty are also better & offered at a much better price! The competitor did not offer removal of thr old furniture. Bob's Furniture had a much larger variety & selection too! Not multiple versions of the same thing.”
