Don’t do it. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my life dealing with retail. After spending several thousand dollars with them - they will never receive our business again. After waiting 3 mos plus for office furniture we still do not have all of the pieces. It is one excuse after another - and good luck getting anyone to call you back or even give you a straight answer.

Was pretty set on buying a mattress online, but really wanted to test some out before buying. One brand specifically led me to visit Big Sandys. Immediately Dave began helping us out…he was great. He was low pressure, super patient and very knowledgeable.. we ended up purchasing in store. Thank you!
