    Eric and all the staff at Centerfield Flats make apartment living in downtown Dayton a GREAT experience. Centerfield is brand new with modern EVERYTHING! The restaurant on the first floor is a real perk, as well. The welcoming vibe and location can not be beat.......LOVE it here and proud to call it "HOME"!
