“I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Free popcorn and smiles upon entrance often, friendly management and neighbors, and fast handling of maintenance issues. Plus the lovely architecture of the building and the downtown views. I credit Raquel and Anne, our amazing management staff, with keeping us at The Landing happy.”
“Nice place centerfield flats had some maintenance issues but they were quick respond and fixt it the next day I have a baby there and is fun to walk around the stadium and see the Christmas lights in the dragon stadium, love the club house where you can see the dragons game will recommend”
“We couldn't ask for nicer people than shani and the office crew...they helped us and got us in our new home quick...I highly recommend wingate of belle meadows..so quiet and the apartment is amazing”

Elevator is in need of serious repair.
People have been rescued from it last week by fire dept. 4 people inside were ot injured . Shook up a little , but not injured.”
“Overall, this is a typical aging apartment complex. The Manager, Sandy, is great and tries to resolve issues quickly and she truly cares about her residents. The apartment is nice, but the outside of the buildings could use some fresh paint and siding repairs. With supply costs these days, I would expect a delay. Good place to live for your stepping stone to home ownership.”

Maintenance is busy but has done a great job with all of my requests.
Things to know:
-neighbors are all friendly
-freight elevator is not functional
-parking lot in the back is not secured, anyone can walk through, however I've never had issues getting a spot
-relatively thin walls”
