“We are just passing through and don’t have this store in WI so had to stop here because some of them have the best fits. This one did NOT disappoint what so ever!! They had it so clean and well organized that I was able to find something I like in almost every corner. So was my big and tall hubby!! Whoever orders for this store, definitely has my style down pat lol!! Best thing though was the employee Destiny!! She was the best Citi trends person I’ve met in a minute, she greeted us on arrival and was happy with a beautiful smile. She told us where to find things with out an attitude, and talked to us during check out. She went above and beyond!! Thanks Destiny”

“I had to return an item I bought less than a week ago, with receipt. There was no hassle. I got the card out that was used to purchase item and it went straight back on it. I mean instantly got my money back. I rarely return things because I absolutely dread it. A lot of businesses should be doing this!!”
“The workers here are always super friendly and helpful! Any questions I have they are able to answer. I needed help figuring out what size i wore in their baggy pants and the woker went above and beyond helping me out. They sell skateboards and alot of different brands of skate style clothes. Love coming to zumiez but this one is the best!”
