Her boutique has a great variety of styles and textures, and Barbie herself was so helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect outfit. She isn't pushy to sell anything; she just genuinely cares about fashion and community. Very refreshing! Her shop is clean, easy to navigate, and affordable!

“Last night I went into Spencer’s to purchase a pillow my daughter requested for Christmas. Sadly the pillow is very popular and hard to find. They didn’t have any on the shelf. I saw a box above the ceiling in a stored place. I believed it had one of the pillows I was looking for in it. The manager grabbed a ladder and climbed up. She so excitedly responded “it’s the one you are looking for”! She was so excited to have helped me find it! We celebrated and I went on to finish my shopping. She didn’t have to go too that extent to find the pillow. I firmly believe nobody else would have. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! My daughter is going to be so happy!”

“Jakes Toggery is somewhere I always go to first when shopping for birthday or christmas presents and very high quality products! They have my favorite brands like Patagonia, Vineyard vines, YETI!!! and my absolute favorite Southern Shirt which is so soft I highly recommend. Employees are young but super welcoming and I feel as they are always kind enough to help with whatever and any questions I may have. If at the Greene or Liberty Center check it out!! I’ll certainly be going back.”
“The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things”

“I did same day delivery right and I payed an extra $26 for it and my order didn't come in the same day.They had like idk im bad at math but I ordered it on April 5 at 11:59 and it didn't come until April 6 at 12:03 and I live in India. I was so mad it didn't come in the same day and I expect a refund on my entire package including shipping, the same day delivery, the price of my order and 3 free shirts size small please.”
“This is probably the best customer service I’ve had in retail, and I shop a LOT! It was my sibling’s first time out shopping in a long time, and they went above and beyond. The girl in the dressing room overheard comments we made and went to find clothing that better fit what she was wanting. It was so thoughtful and helpful! Then, when wanting to order online, Sydney was extremely helpful and helped us order what we needed. Since it took some time to help us (though they were SO patient) they helped reroute other customers to the other counters quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, one customer was extremely unkind, after waiting 2 minutes, despite their attempts to check her out in the other room. They were so polite and handled it so well, though the customer was extremely disrespectful. Thank you, Sydney and the other ladies at Aerie today! We appreciate all you did to make today’s shopping experience so pleasant, and got all we wanted!”

“I go to this Ross every couple months for the pet toys they keep well stocked. I get toys for 3 dogs who in spite of my variety they always want the same toy. Well I was already getting a great price when Keisha also asked me if I get the senior discount. I sure do and thanks in making this purchase a great deal. “Because it is so far away from us (almost a 1 hour drive) we rarely go here. But choose to do so in order to bring in return items instead of sending them by mail.The employees greet you when you walk in which always makes you feel welcome, they always ask if you need help finding an item or what else they could help you with. So far we have always experienced kindness from this store and it is appreciated.The store does not carry the same items that are offered online but they make up for it by having a large variety of pieces.”

“Do not shop at the Greene at Buckle go to the Fairfield Commons Mall the green is so horrible with their customer service girls in there with flat out lied to you say things can't be done but the one at the Fairfield Commons Mall fix my problem and I said it was no issues at all that's what they was there for stay away from the green”
