An employee by the name of Kathy was quite rude, and kicked my and a few friends out for no apparent reason. We were looking at bandaids and she randomly came up to us and asked us to leave.

This pharmacy can't get physician orders straight. CVS's automated answering system is cumbersome and if want to talk to the pharmacy, you have to leave a voice message for a call back. If service is your priority, look elsewhere.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences ever. Don’t bother giving them your business. They are rude and inconsiderate!

Not reliable. Do not have meds filled by the time promised. Sometimes days without having them filled. Unable to speak directly to pharmacy staff over the phone when there are problems. You will get a voicemail and they do not always call you back. Switching pharmacies today.

I have never had issues with the store itself or its inventory. I am however disappointed with its pharmacy. My primary called in a prescription and I received an automated update that it was waiting insurance approval. A week letter insurance mailed me a letter they approved the medication and I waited to hear back from this pharmacy for some kind of update. Weeks went by and I never received any kind of update or was able to log into my account online to see one. I called to inquire about it and my response was that the specific medication had been a year on back order. I just wish I could have gotten an update about that sooner so I could call other pharmacies before my medication ran out and I had to scramble.

I cannot believe the customer service of this pharmacy, especially for being somewhere like Oakwood?! Completely inept pharmacy staff (not the store staff) Whoever manages this place needs to get it together. I have never consistently experienced such difficulty and rudeness from simply trying to obtain drugs that keep me alive.
Update: Switched to Kroger pharmacy and haven’t experienced one issue. A Kroger employee had to actually GO to CVS in person to get my things switched. That tells you how ridiculous and useless this particular CVS is. Apparently they have received 30 customers from this store alone in the last 2 months.

I'd put a zero if it would have let me, Jesse in the pharmacy is very rude and un professional, it took them 3 days to get my medication transfered to a much better pharmacy and God love Corerstone employees in helping me over the last 3 days.

Trying to apply a manufacturer's coupon for a prescription is like pulling teeth. Customer service doesn't understand the concept, the pharmacy will only help in person and if you do manage to get it applied it won't be applied the next time you refill. The worst part is they have a back alley deal with my insurance company that forces me to use CVS instead of pharmacies better suited to help customers

I was previously getting 5 prescriptions filled at this location. And just like everyone else that's reviewed this store, there were CONSTANT issues. I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the blonde who is ALWAYS rude closed the blinds right in my face. I got in the drive through line at 1:10. There were only two cars ahead of me. Plenty of time right before the 1:30 cut off due to lunch. I actually pulled up to the window at 1:29... So technically they SHOULD'VE helped me in the first place, it wasn't 1:30 yet. Anyways, I knocked on the window before the blind was even all the way down, was still ignored. I only had 2 scripts to pick up this time and they were waiting and ready to go. I then see this same rude blonde (I believe her name is Laura) walk out of the store. I pull around and tried to talk to her just to let her know how frustrated I was... She said I don't care, I'M ON MY LUNCH. I then called the store to talk to the pharmacy manager who was NOT HELPFUL. I told her at that time I was going to be switching all my scripts to a different pharmacy. She apologized that I felt this way, but didn't apologize for the way I was treated. But that she would put a note in the system. However, I am a procrastinator and didn't switch them right away. To my complete surprise and astonishment, I then go to get my next script a couple weeks later and that same manager I talked to said this is THE LAST TIME we will fill these for you. And that I would have to go to another CVS. I asked why, she specifically told me "that it was due to the incident in the parking" lot I didn't go to another CVS, I went to Walgreens, I've not had ONE issue by the way and this was about a year ago. So, if you're one to speak your mind, better be careful with these people. So, instead of an apology, I got denied from filling my scripts there because I complained? It's ridiculously rude and so entitled. Do not go to this pharmacy. Also I was in the store shopping for some deals yesterday (first time since the pharmacy incident).... Their signage is never right, they'll put sale signs where they don't go, leading a customer to buy the wrong item that's not included. I had to return a couple things and the store manager, Holly, was so rude and condescending. She talked to me like she thought I was stupid. Actually sighed and blamed ME by stating "you got the wrong items" when their items were in the wrong place? I will never spend another dime in that store. By the way, I'm a couponer and have saved them from possibly multiple lawsuits. I've taken expired MEDICINE to the counter AT LEAST 4 times in the past so no one would buy it. And no thank you, nothing. I bet you I've spent $2,000.00, in that CVS alone, within the last year and a half. I could almost guarantee they took a hit in sales when I stopped shopping there. There ARE two nice women who work there, one of them being Marilyn and one other woman at the register. At least they're friendly! Holly and the pharmacy manager seriously need more CUSTOMER service training on how to treat people. I saw in a review above... The reviewer stated "it's like they want less customers". And I totally agree. It's like they're consciously running people away. If I could given ZERO stars, I would've. I'm contemplating returning everything I bought from them yesterday (I got about $250 with of items, but after my digital coupons and extra bucks I had, I only paid a little over a hundred out of pocket) and spending my money where it will be appreciated! I wish I could tell these women to their faces how disliked they are... But they'd probably try to get me arrested for harassment. ? Oh, I forgot, when I first arrived I heard Holly and another employee talking about another employee (I'm assuming) could've been a customer with their track record. I heard the F word a couple times and the whole conversat
