Tried to call to ask about flu vaccinations and was asked to give a rx digit number I wanted to talk to a HUMAN not a robot. Rather unhelpful but I give 3 stars because your store has good monster options

I could not talk to a human being. I did not call to talk to an answering machine!!!! If you can't answer the phone why be at work?
It takes me 2 hours to take the bus or $50 both ways!! I don’t have an hour to spare! Do better!!!
