This is a wonderful yoga studio! The teachers are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! There is no pressure.The studio is clean and nicely decorated.There are on-line options if unable to make it to the studio.I just love Day Yoga Studio!

Great return to yoga after 5 years off. What a great class I had and they made an old fat guy comfortable being there.

Into to Belly Dancing with Bronwen was excellent. Definitely coming back. She was energetic, informative, and fun. Awesome workout!
