“I like this place and I always find what I need and some lol they upgraded to Dollar Tree Plus and I love that! The only issue I have here is understaffed. Always a huge line and one register open. The staff is always nice and hardworking . Best place to buy holiday decorations on a budget!”

“this is the best dollar general for one reason. i am someone who doesnt really go to the dollar general that much because the workers are a little mean and weird at times but Trina was an angel who was so sweet and caring when we couldnt find something she showed us where it was, when the self checkout wasnt working she helped us and when we left she told us she hoped to see us again. “They lady inside helped me to my car because the carts won't go outside I had a big bag of cat litter and I'm on oxygen so I wouldn't have been able to get everything by myself.. they are friendly”
“Rosemary is the nicest cashier there. She really goes out of her way to help people. Seen manager give criticism in front of customers at the register quite a few times like she is getting singled out and being in line with other customers they are agreeing with me on this one everytime I see it I shake my head and say how crazy it is her boss does that in front of customer’s and others in line agree . Heck there’s one time a lady who was in front of me at the register was paying and the manager with the blonde hair and glasses scolds her about the color of her jacket just as plain as day not with an courtesy and can you please step away and speak to me and say it low now in a normal louder tone with an attitude in front of customer’s and that’s just one time . Heck there’s other cashiers that walk around wearing other color jackets as well but singled her like that why? Like I said not first occasion and not last . That store needs new management desperately! On top of being rude herself checking customers out at the register . I’ll update the name next time I return if I return . It’s the Caucasian blonde with short hair and glasses if anyone can reference the name for me . Everyone else are friendly and polite. Wonder if that lady that was in front of me that witnessed it first hand can vouch for me . Caucasian younger longer hair with glasses lady I see her all the time in a green extended cab pick up truck . If anyone can reference her as well please thanks I can be emailed back here as well as I’m going to make a report on this issue as well so it does get to the proper channels”
“I enjoy the products you guys make and sell, However I am not pleased with the 25¢ raise to all of your items, this was the last store out there for poor people to depend on . It doesn't sound like a big deal but it really is when you don't have a lot of money and depend on buying your taxables here. I hope the prices goes back to $1.”
“I love this little dollar store. It's got a good stock of things and they keep rotation going so there is always something new to look at, while maintaining some of their staples. I'd highly recommend for organizers, snacks, stationary, and glassware.”

“I need the owner of the store to contact me ASAP! I was just there and the cashier was extremely rude and didn't pay attention to what she was doing and just threw everything instead of the bags. When I get home she put put a bottle of liquid carpet freshener with a family size box of fruit snacks, neosporin, and cat treats. Well the heaviness of the fruit snacks crushed the bottle and broke it and it spilled everywhere inside the bag and all over my ca. It ruined a lot of items that I purchased. There's more if like to add but I would like to speak to the owner of that Dollar General immediately! Thank you! Oh and I've called several times and keep getting hung up on as well.”
“5/1/23 2:00pm I was going to give a 1 star rating because of the rude cashier but overall the store was extremely clean and stocked. I love shopping at family dollar because it’s like i mini grocery store. After my wonderful experience shopping I was checked out by a younger brownskin female with long blondish braids/ dreads/ wig that kind of resembles Tina Turner or Chaka Khan just for a visual. She was highly irritated because I asked her not to bag my bread and other soft items with my heavy groceries. She sighed very loudly and didn’t remove the items from being together. So, as she continue ringing up, I politely took the items out of the bag and put them in another.. as I was doing this she smacked her lips very loudly and sighed very loudly . I said to her excuse me if I don’t want my things smashed she said she didn’t care. That’s when I replied. Well, you’re sighing and smacking your lips. That’s when she got very loud and told me its her body she can do what she wants to do and I’m nobody and she doesn’t care about this job.. at that moment I left it alone because she was very comfortable with being disrespectful and that let me know nothing would happen to her from a manager be. I know it’s hard to find good people to work, but family dollar. This is unacceptable that could have easily escalated to more, if I hadn’t ignored it. Another customer might not be as nice and then the employee will try to call the police when something happens to her when he could have been avoided. In the end she didn’t hand me my receipt or item. As I was leaving she was scrolling in her phone”

“The people who work at this location are so kind . Everytime a customer comes into the store I notice that everyone gets a friendly Hello that says a lot to me . Chris who works in this location is always kind and eager to help customers find what they need he's always smiling and cracking jokes and as another customer said the prices are fair . Please don't go to this location and think you'll get away with any shenanigans the cameras are always on you Please No B.S. Just get a life pay for your needs.”
“I'm in the Main Street location almost daily. The staff has become like family. The store is kept clean and stocked. The turnover rate for staff is extremely low which speaks volumes to the atmosphere you can expect walking through the door either as a customer or interested in employment. I'd pass up a dozen locations just to shop at this Main Street store.”
“I could care less about a sassy employee. We know that they are not getting paid enough to deal with people here. What I like is that this store is extremely clean. It’s extremely organized. The bathroom is always clean too. The deals are great. Sometimes I’m surprised.”
