Oakwood branch needs more tellers. Every time I wait at least 10-15 minutes for just a deposit at the drive thru!Cmon 5/3 get it together or I’ll switch banks!!

Understaffed with excessive wait times. Broken machines, unable to print cashiers checks or money orders. Totally unacceptable.
