Terrible corporate culture. I used to bank with this Oakwood branch back in the early 2000's. They were the worst! The news stories coming out about this brand don't surprise me!

Absolutely miserable financial institution. The banker I dealt with told me they don't actually look at the checks whenthey come in to the processing center for mortgage payments, they just scan them and keep moving. She couldn't understand how I was unable to mail my payments out every month despite me telling her I travel for work and am sometimes not home for over a month at a time. Rude and snobby is how she acted from the moment I walked in.
