Don't bother holding the door for other people, apparently the nonexistent air conditioning gets let out and makes Jan incapable of doing her job. It's the only place to buy liquor in the immediate area, and Jan knows it, so she likes to gove everyone a hard time. Lighten up, lady.

How often can you buy beer and cigs from Stevie Nicks? This place is awesome, and there are pics of UD weirdos from throughout the decades all over the store. And if you're there during an UFC or WWE pay-per-view, they'll be watching it on their 13" TV above the door.
