“I recently visited Knollwood Garden Center and Landscaping in Dayton, Ohio for the first time and I must say, this place is a hidden gem for all gardeners or soon-to-be gardeners out there. I was in search of some hanging plants for my porch and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of plants and gardening accessories they had to offer.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable employees, John and Tammy, who were more than willing to help me find the perfect plants for my porch. They took the time to explain to me which plants needed more sunlight and which ones required more shade, as well as how often to water them and how to properly care for them. They even gave me tips on how to clean and preserve my pots for reuse next year.

The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy for me to browse through their vast selection of outdoor and indoor plants, gardening tools, and accessories. I was impressed by the variety of items they had in stock - everything from succulents to flowers to herbs, they had it all.

In addition to their great selection, I was also pleased with their pricing. Knollwood Garden Center and Landscaping offers reasonable prices on all of their products and even runs deals on clearance and markdown items. As a budget-conscious shopper, this was a huge plus for me.

Overall, my experience at Knollwood Garden Center and Landscaping was fantastic and I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for all of my gardening needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Dayton area looking for high-quality plants and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning again in the near future.”

“I’ve brought my kids here a few times and it is not to be missed if you live within an hour or two! The Trolls Exhibit is something to behold!

We always park at the farm, and then do the Troll closest to the farm, see the animals, visit the gardens, check out the old spring house. Then from there you can walk to the other two Trolls and the nest and also stop in at the Nature Center. It is quite the hike…if you plan to do all of the Trolls I’d say it’s easily a 1.5-2.5 mile walk to see all of it, which is important if you are elderly or have super young children (like me!). The trail is not especially easy with a stroller or wagon. We used our veer and made it fine but it wasn’t easy per se. I have young children (3 under 4) and even though we took little bikes, by the end they were too tired to walk or ride.

We usually stop to have a picnic at different spots and always wind up having an incredible time.

They also have the coolest little farm classes for young children!

Definitely a must-do in or near Ohio!”

Native trees to native grasses. They also have tropical and non native plants! A full service stop for all your garden needs. Please support local and native as well as our pollinators!”

Savannah was awesome and really went the extra mile to help us out with replanting our snake plants. She took great care in making sure they were repotted just right, and I left feeling like our plants were in the best hands. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

Definitely my new favorite spot for plants, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

“Personally I've always had better service here than at Lowe's store not quite as well stocked as Lowe's but the service makes up for it it's generally the fault of management when service is bad due to short staffing as it saves money paying employees”
