“I love Hollywood Feed in. Centerville. The employees are super friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable but new products that I’ve never tried before. I also love their sales. Sign up for texts and emails and you can just sit back and wait for one. I count on the buy 1 get 1 free special for dog food. I stock up. Also the chews, like bull sticks are often on sale and I stock up on those, also. I only use Hollywood Feed because of the sales and comfort I have with their products.”

“Just wanted to leave some positive and personal feedback for this location. I am a regular customer who shops in this store multiple times a week. I am a REGULAR customer consistently because of the amazing staff at this location. You can tell the staff take their job seriously and while also being FRIENDLY to guests and collaborating with their team members positively. They also are very vigilant when it comes to the safety and concerns with the animals they love and take care of AMAZINGLY on a daily basis. (Let’s not forget the sweetest birdie that was stolen from this location and thankfully found, yes they watch, and rightfully so!) I love when I have a question it’s answered promptly and honestly. Linda has helped me a ton and has taught me valuable information that I never knew! I bought two ferrets at separate times and Linda assisted. She says “hello” or “welcome in” as well as asking if there’s anything you’d need help finding. If she’s busy checking a customer out, she will come find you to make sure you’re taken care of. She’s honestly the sweetest soul🤍. Greg is an excellent manager and he has the knowledge to be exactly that! Always eager to answer questions and has the experience to do so! Always smiling and he’s a very pleasant person! This store is honestly the best with great attitudes! Visit the store for your furry, feathery, or scaly babies and don’t be afraid to ask for advice because someone has a helpful answer for you! 🩵”

“CRH is a stand-up and reliable company. I've ordered several enclosures from them and they're always made with quality, longevity, and animal care in mind. I've only ever had great experiences with their cages and customer service.”

“After losing my 15 1/2 year-old goldendoodle, I recently bought a new poodle puppy and needed new supplies for him. I am legally blind, so I am able to walk up to this location which I have done quite frequently and every time that I have gone there I walk around and around and around the store trying to find things without anybody asking me if I need any help in fact, it’s quite the opposite one girl was hiding all the way in the back of the store what she was doing I have no idea, but somebody who said they didn’t work at the store did go and ask her to help me. I told her that I needed Appropriate treats for my new puppy and then she quickly said so you want something for your cat and I said no my dog a puppy and then she said with a smart attitude well, you’re in the cat section.! I was in the cat section because I had walked all over the store, looking for somebody to help me and she happen to be at the very back in one of the aisles. On one of my other visits, I did have a man who was extremely friendly at the checkout. I have tried to support my local retail stores, but from now on, I will be ordering online from chewy or Amazon. I have already spent $400 between the two online venues.”

“Just wanted to brag about one of your employees for a brief moment. Her name is Erin. I had an emergency the other day, where I thought my dog had eaten a Decon mouse poison block. She went above and beyond by looking everything up known to man, calling her vets and vet techs and even called me back like she said she would to give me more options and advice as to what to do for our fur baby… She really cared unlike the doctors at Medvet and poison control. Her kindness went unnoticed and I wanted to thank her immensely for going above and beyond and being an all star employee, and just a caring human being!!Thanks again Erin. You rock!! And my fur baby is doing great!”

“Me and my son stopped by today looking for some new fish for our aquarium. David was great! Answered all our questions and gave us great advice. You can really tell he values his job just by how clean the tanks were and how healthy the fish are. Definitely recommend coming here for your freshwater aquarium. Do not waste your time at petco in englewood.”
