Amazing selection and friendly employees. Edit: 3.23.25...many items out of stock. Trimmers we came for had cards out indicating they were in stock only to discover that was not true.

Nothing really to see, no pet's at all to cuddle, definitely won't be back, bummed because this was our day to find a bunny or a kitty, disappointed ☹️

Absolutely absurd, refused to sell us a goldfish because we have a one 2 inch goldfish in a 20 gallon tank at home and we were told that to have 2 goldfish we would need at least a 40 gallon tank. Flat out refused to sell us any type of fish, even though they have 200 goldfish in one tank. Their own signs on the tank states that only 1 gallon per inch of fish is needed. My four year old left in tears, over some idiotic claim of store policy for a 43c fish. I have never been part of such an absurd scenario.

Make sure the coupon is accepted. I've been screwed twice, they take the coupon and it is not subtracted from the total. I would switch stores but they are the only one to carry my dog's favorite food. I also think the buy 2 get one x%off deals are a scam.

It seems to be super busy here every time I go, so I expect a bit of a wait to check out. It wouldn't hurt for them to open a third register. It would definitely help maintain the flow a bit quicker.

Review based solely on the live fish tanks. The tanks are disgusting. I visited on a day when new fish were being aclimated & over half were already dead. The tanks i believe are beyond cleaning, as it appears to be years of filth. Purchased live plants and they caused multiple issues with disease & algae.

My family is traveling in an RV for the summer and our sweet pup needs to be groomed along the way. We often use PetSmart for her grooming needs. This PetSmart was conveniently located and had available appointments. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and interacted with our dog.
When we returned to pick her up, there was only one person working in the salon and they were grooming a dog so we had to wait about 15 minutes to check-out. I don't mind that we waited as we are on vacation, but the mangement should make sure someone is available to check out the pets without stressing out the staff who are doing the grooming.
